Return & Refund Policy

Can I Cancel My Order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it for the cancellation to be applied.

If the item has already shipped, please email us at info@tiktrend.com. Please send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.

Return Policy

We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it: original undamaged packaging, unused product, and the original shipping label attached. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return request, please contact us at info@tiktrend.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

However, for damage caused by non-merchant factors, such as improper use, personal factors, or external causes, we may be unable to accept a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Refunds will typically be processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

However, for damage caused by non-merchant factors, such as improper use, personal factors, or external causes, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
